Abdi first headed up MuniCap’s Texas office in 2009, and he has since grown it into one of the largest operations of its type in the region. He continues to oversee all the efforts of the Texas office. Working with an impressive array of public and private sector clients, Abdi brings a nuanced understanding of the public finance opportunities, considerations, and constraints specific to Texas, as well as a comprehensive knowledge of best practices around the country.
