Jackie Abraham has been a member of the MuniCap team for nearly ten years, currently serving as Chief Compliance Officer. She oversees the firm’s compliance program in accordance with SEC regulations and MSRB rules governing municipal advisors, including supervisory procedures, regulatory filings, and internal controls supporting the firm’s fiduciary obligations. Jackie also manages project-specific continuing disclosure requirements and supports the firm’s investment advisory services for district clients.
